Motion Designer (Interactive & Mini-Game Animation)

We are looking for a Motion Designer passionate about creating interactive, animated experiences for apps, games, and web interfaces. You will bring energy and motion to our UI concepts — from dynamic reward systems and micro-interactions to full mini-game experiences that engage users and enhance brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Design and animate interactive elements, including mini games, reward boxes, spinning wheels, collectibles, and gamified UI transitions.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI and development teams to create motion that feels intuitive, polished, and premium.
• Translate static designs into motion prototypes and final animations for developer handoff.
• Deliver export-ready assets optimized for web and mobile (Lottie, MP4, WebM, or sprite sheets).
• Contribute creative ideas for gamified interactions and motion systems that increase engagement.

Skills & Experience

• Experience creating motion design for apps, games, or web-based interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects (or similar tools) for UI motion and animation.
• Experience exporting and optimizing animations for web using Bodymovin/Lottie, Rive, or Spine.
• Understanding of UX principles for motion, including timing, easing, transitions, and user feedback.
• Ability to work with Figma or Adobe XD files and integrate animation seamlessly with UI design.
• Bonus: Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or GSAP for interactive web animations.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Midjourney or other AI tools for motion concept visualization.
