The Organic Social Manager will manage and optimize the company’s organic social media presence, transforming high-follower accounts into strategic, revenue-driving channels. This role focuses on developing and executing content strategies that support business growth and direct response sales, while maintaining strong visual standards and brand alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize organic social media accounts to drive growth, engagement, and conversions
• Develop and execute organic content strategies focused on direct response and product visibility
• Align social content with overall business and marketing objectives
• Plan content calendars and oversee publishing across platforms
• Review content for quality, consistency, and visual alignment with brand standards
• Identify, source, and manage influencer partnerships aligned with the brand and target audience
• Track performance and optimize content and influencer initiatives based on insights
• Provide light support for email marketing communications as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience managing organic social media accounts for brands or companies
• Strong understanding of content strategy with a direct response mindset
• Knowledge of content performance analysis and optimization
• Experience with or strong understanding of influencer marketing
• Good visual judgment and an eye for design and aesthetics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on content creation experience is a plus
• Familiarity with email marketing is a nice to have
