Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Planning
• Content Creation (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.)
• Social Media Management across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & more
• Content Calendar Development & Execution
• Collaboration with Design & Paid Media teams for Integrated Campaigns
• Trend Monitoring & Adaptation
• Performance Analysis & Reporting (engagement, reach, growth KPIs)
• Copywriting for social and blog content
• Coordination with clients for approvals and feedback
• Content Strategy for clients
• Account Management (client facing role)
• Responsible for Social Media, Email Campaigns & Client Articles

Required Skills

• Experience: 2+ years in a similar role in a digital agency environment
• Platforms: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
• Content: Strong writing skills in English & Greek with a creative mindset
• Tools: Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Analytics: Understanding of platform insights and reporting
• Soft Skills: Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Remote Work: Ability to work efficiently in a remote-first environment
