Product Designer – Data & Decision Intelligence

Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of a sophisticated decision-support platform used by professional users to make high-impact operational decisions.

This is not a traditional consumer, ecommerce, growth or conversion-focused design role.

Instead, you'll be working on complex workflows, data-rich interfaces and decision-support tooling where clarity, trust, usability and information architecture are critical to user success.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to simplify complexity, improve workflows and create intuitive experiences for users operating in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Be Designing

• Data-heavy products and workflows
• Dashboard and reporting experiences
• Decision-support tooling
• Operational and business-critical platforms
• Complex user journeys with multiple variables and outcomes
• Information-dense interfaces used by professional users

Experience designing one or more of the following:

• Analytics platforms
• Enterprise SaaS products
• FinTech products
• Operational platforms
• Risk and compliance systems
• Data products
• Internal tooling
• Workflow-heavy B2B applications

You'll likely have strong experience in:

• Information architecture
• Workflow design
• Data visualisation
• Research and discovery
• Design systems
• Interaction design
• Complex problem solving
• Professional and expert-user experiences

Highly Desirable

Experience designing products where users:

• Analyse data
• Review recommendations
• Manage operational processes
• Make commercial or business decisions
• Work with dashboards, reporting or analytics
