Role Description

This is a remote role for a YouTube Growth Specialist. The individual will be responsible for managing and growing our YouTube presence, creating effective strategies for audience engagement, optimizing content for discoverability, and analyzing performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include managing uploads, researching trends, developing content plans, collaborating with content creators, and running targeted marketing campaigns to increase subscriptions and viewership. Consistently focusing on innovation and audience-centric content will be essential to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in YouTube content creation and distribution, including video optimization and platform-specific best practices
• Ability to develop growth strategies, analyze video performance metrics, and stay updated on current trends
• Skills in graphic design, video editing, and thumbnail creation to enhance content appeal
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creatives, marketers, and other team members
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media growth strategies related to YouTube
• Proven ability to increase engagement and grow audience size across video platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to handling multiple projects
• Background in content strategy, media, marketing, or relevant online media-related roles
