The team moves quickly, tests constantly and treats creative as a core driver of performance.

Design plays a key role in growth, particularly through thumbnails and packaging.

The role

You’ll be responsible for creating thumbnails that drive clicks and improve video performance.

You’ll work closely with the Channel Manager and content team to test, iterate and refine visual output based on real performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Create multiple thumbnail options per video
• Iterate designs based on CTR performance
• Test different visual styles and approaches
• Deliver thumbnails within tight deadlines
• Support on social graphics where needed

What success looks like

• Consistent improvement in CTR
• Fast turnaround on creative
• Clear performance-driven iteration

What we’re looking for

• Portfolio of thumbnails or similar work
• Understanding of what drives clicks
• Ability to work quickly and iterate
