💻 The Role

We’re growing fast across multiple Shopify brands—and we need a web designer who can own the look, feel, and flowof everything from homepages to native-style advertorials to landing pages.

You'll help shape the customer journey across every surface of our website—from first impression to final checkout.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

• Design beautiful, high-converting pages: homepages, product pages, landing pages, and more
• Create CRO variations and iterate based on performance data
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands
• Work in Replo, Shopify Customizer, or hand off assets cleanly to devs
• Admin site updates, layouts, content flow, and testing support

🧠 You're a Fit If You...

• Have killer design taste: clean, user-first, conversion-aligned
• Know your way around Figma, Replo, and CRO testing principles
• Can design from brand guidelines—or invent new ones if needed
• Think like a strategist and execute like a craftsman
• Work well with developers and communicate clearly in async teams
• Bonus: You've worked with DTC brands in skincare, wellness, or beauty

• Figma (always)
• Shopify (Customizer, theme sections, etc.)
• Replo (if you build pages yourself)
• Notion + Slack for async communication
• Optional: dev handoff or low-code design
