WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Drive, personality, organisation, brilliant face to face!

This role will be won on energy, personality and belief — not just a polished CV. You will walk into rooms and win people over. You will make estate agency owners feel like you're the best call they've taken all year. And you will back that up with the commercial discipline to convert and retain.

• New business hunter — minimum 5 years of proven B2B field sales, winning from scratch, building pipelines and closing deals that stick
• Relationship first — you win hearts and minds before you win contracts. Rapport is natural to you, not rehearsed
• Value seller — you never lead with price and you never need to. You sell on service, results and trust
• Self-sufficient — you manage your own territory, your own time and your own pipeline without needing chasing
• Strategic but hands-on — you see the big picture and you do the work. No delegating. No excuses
• Resilient — you take the no, learn from it, and go again. Every time
• Property or estate agency background? An advantage but not essential. Culture fit, drive and the ability to grow into the role matter far more

THE PROCESS

• First interview — Teams call, 45 minutes (27th, 28th or 29th May)
• Final interview — Face to face in Reading, 90 minutes including a short presentation (4th June)
• Decision — 5th June 2026

Estate agents can be market-ready within 48 hours. It makes their competition look ordinary. Once you're in front of the right people, it sells itself. Your job is to get in front of them.

The Territory

• M62 corridor and beyond — Manchester, Leeds, Yorkshire is your home base
• Covering DE, NG and HU across to L and NE — a largely untapped Northern market
• Remote, home-based, on the road — face to face is where this role lives
• Reading HQ visit once every two months for sales meetings

• negotiable up to £55,000 base depending on experience
