Visual Designer, Web

For our client, we are seeking a Visual Designer Web to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Aerospace & Defense environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $208,000 – $312,000 annually Responsibilities

• Define the visual language for the company’s key digital surfaces and creative direction
• Create memorable experiences, including animations and event designs
• Own the creative vision from concept to final product launch
• Set high standards for craft, including typography and motion design
• Work across various mediums to elevate the the brand experience
• Influence shared design patterns and systems within the team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience in visual design and brand systems
• Strong portfolio with examples of shipped work in web and physical mediums
• Hands-on experience in motion, 3D, illustration, and environmental design
• Systems-oriented thinking with a focus on components and patterns
• Experience shaping launch moments and brand partnerships under deadlines
• Familiarity with the web as a medium and collaboration with engineers
