Senior Illustrator

We’re looking for a Senior Illustrator who will not only produce high-quality 2D vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator but also lead, mentor, and support a small team of illustrators as we build accessible, engaging educational games for children.

As a senior member of our creative team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our visual direction, guiding junior illustrators, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all illustration work.

You’ll collaborate with designers and developers to bring characters, scenes, icons, and UI elements to life, all while following accessibility best practices and age-appropriate design principles. Our mission is to make learning joyful, inclusive, and playful for kids of all ages.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality 2D vector illustrations for digital educational games, including characters, scenes, icons, and UI elements.
• Follow and evolve the platform’s visual style, contributing to style discovery and improvement.
• Lead a small illustration team (up to 4 people), providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
• Ensure visuals are accessible and appropriate for different age groups.
• Collaborate with product designers, content team, and motion designers.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on your team’s work to maintain quality and consistency.
• Help define illustration workflows, documentation, and handoff processes.
• Support concept exploration and early-stage visual directions for new game ideas.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Illustrator, preferably in digital games, children’s content, or educational products.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong mentorship or team leadership experience.
• Understanding of age-appropriate design and design psychology, or willingness to learn.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• English fluency required; Polish fluency is a plus.
