About The Opportunity

• Service: Freelance Graphic Design
• Rate: Up to £250 per day (depending on experience)
• Capacity: Retainer-style engagement (est. average of 4 days p/m)

How You’ll Play a Part As we scale our impact, our visual identity needs to be as innovative and clear as our technology. We are looking for a mid-weight, purpose-driven freelance designer to partner with us. We see this as a creative partnership. We're looking for someone who interrogates a brief, champions our visual identity and helps us communicate complex environmental solutions through beautiful, accessible design. Where You’ll Help Us

• Brand Asset Creation: Producing high-impact visual content across social media, sales documents, presentations, and infographics.
• Systematised Design: Developing a standardised icon set and brand-aligned assets to ensure consistency across all touch-points.
• Editable Templates: Building and maintaining user-friendly, high-quality templates in Canva and Google Suite to empower our internal teams.
• Brand Evolution: Taking our current guidelines and applying them creatively to help shape our visual narrative in line with our mission and values.
• Print & Event Collateral: Designing flyers, exhibition stands, and physical branding for events and shows.

Example Projects

• Social & Web: Template design for case study carousels (LinkedIn/Instagram) and digital campaign assets.
• Events: Full stand design and supporting print collateral for industry shows.
• Brand Documentation: Assisting in the development of visual brand guidelines.
• Illustration: (A massive plus!) Creating bespoke illustrations for our website and products.

About Your Practice As this is a freelance partnership, we are looking for a professional who brings:

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in a mid-weight design capacity, particularly across social and print.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Google Suite.
• Autonomy: Ability to manage your own workload and provide results with minimal supervision.
• Mission Alignment: A genuine passion for sustainability and purpose-led brands.
• Flexibility: Ability to accommodate a variable monthly volume of work (estimated average of 4 days per month).
