Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and dynamic UI/UX Designer to collaborate in crafting new applications, refining existing interfaces, and delivering engaging user experiences that meet business objectives and resonate with users. This role demands a mix of design creativity, animation skills, and user insight capabilities. The ideal candidate will work well independently, communicate effectively with clients, and adapt to an agile team environment. Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring adherence to modern design standards and principles
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business strategies, user needs, and objectives, delivering tailored UI/UX solutions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UX flows to clearly communicate design concepts and interactions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and refine solutions based on feedback
• Produce animations and motion designs to elevate engagement and enrich the overall usability of applications
• Function autonomously as the primary UX designer on projects while effectively coordinating with developers and project managers
• Champion the user perspective while addressing project constraints, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey
• Drive the entire design process, from ideation and prototyping through to delivering polished, pixel-perfect visuals

Requirements

• Proficiency in Material UI and solid understanding of modern application design principles
• Expertise in UI Prototyping and UX Flow Prototyping tools
• Knowledge of User Research techniques to guide informed design decisions
• Background in creating seamless, effective user experiences rooted in thorough design processes
• Strong communication skills paired with the ability to directly engage with clients regularly
• Competency to operate independently with excellent self-organization and prioritization capabilities
• Skills in animation and video production using tools such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate
• Familiarity with Animation Editors and motion design methods to integrate movement into user experiences
• Proficiency in tools like Figma for creating and iterating on designs and prototypes
• Understanding of Prototyping workflows to deliver dynamic, high-fidelity interfaces
• Experience conducting Usability Testing to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations
