We’re looking for a QA Specialist who can own and drive the end-to-end QA strategy for a high-impact product. If you’re passionate about quality, love collaborating with developers, and enjoy working across both manual and automated testing — this role is for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA strategy and work closely with a dev team of 3–5.
• Design detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Perform manual testing for UI, workflows, and edge cases across web + API.
• Build and maintain automated test suites (API, integration, regression).
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality gates.
• Manage defects via JIRA and continuously improve QA processes.
• Champion a quality-first culture and guide best practices.

⭐ Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in manual + automated testing for web & APIs.
• Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC and test design techniques.
• Hands-on expertise with Postman, Pytest, and API validation.
• Ability to define/execute a complete QA roadmap independently.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and reporting tools.
• Sharp analytical, debugging, and documentation abilities.

💡 Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Robot Framework.
• Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, k6) or security testing (OWASP, Burp Suite).
• Understanding of microservice architecture & 12-Factor App principles.
• Experience mentoring junior QA or setting up QA processes.
