The Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in executing digital strategies and optimising PPC and Paid Social campaigns at farsiight. This position ensures campaigns meet performance goals while delivering creative and data-driven insights that drive meaningful business growth.
The role involves managing a portfolio of 3-6 client accounts, handling monthly budgets ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+. The Performance Manager will have the opportunity to own key client relationships, lead strategic discussions, and continually innovate through testing and experimentation to stay ahead in the fast-paced digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities and DutiesCampaign Management and Optimisation
- Strategise, execute, and optimise Paid Social and PPC campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Manage client budgets from $10,000 to $100,000+ per month across Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest platforms
- Test, analyse, and iterate campaign elements to maintain optimal performance
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive adjustments to maximise results
- Manage a portfolio of 3-6 client accounts, working with B2C/D2C brands.
Creative Strategy and Briefing
- Own end-to-end creative strategy, informed by customer research, brand positioning, and performance insights
- Translate commercial goals (revenue, CAC, MER) and audience behaviour into clear creative angles, messaging frameworks, and channel-specific concepts
- Develop detailed creative briefs for our design team or reverse briefs for our clients.
- Use creative performance signals (thumb-stop rate, engagement, revenue) to prioritise concepts and evolve briefs over time
- Own the creative testing roadmap, identifying what to test next across audiences, products, and offers to unlock incremental growth
Client Relationship Management
- Own and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts, establishing trust as a strategic advisor
- Lead client meetings, driving strategy discussions and delivering results with a proactive approach
- Educate clients on campaign performance and simplify complex data to highlight the value delivered
Reporting and Communication
- Provide detailed, insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations to clients
- Lead client calls, ensuring clients remain informed and confident in campaign direction
- Translate complex data and analytics into clear insights that highlight key trends and opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with clients to manage expectations and build strong partnerships
Technical Implementation and Management
- Implement and manage tracking setups using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
- Configure and optimise shopping feeds for eCommerce campaigns
- Utilise Google Analytics to analyse user behavior and campaign performance
- Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across all platforms and campaigns
Collaboration and Team Participation
- Participate in weekly Performance Team meetings for training, brainstorming, and industry updates
- Collaborate with media buyers, strategists, and creative teams to build integrated campaigns
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices with team members to elevate overall team performance

To be successful in this role, you must have;
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Paid Social/PPC advertising
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an agency setting
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing large client budgets of $50,000+ per month
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with budgets from $10,000 to $100,000+ per month
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
Technical Skills
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Meta’s Pixel, and tracking implementations
- Experience with shopping feed management and optimisation
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for campaign analysis and insights
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and measurement frameworks

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for clients
