Graphic Designer (Maternity Cover, 12 months) - Remote

Location: This role is available remote from Poland only Employment: Maternity Cover, 12 months This is an opportunity to lead and shape the visual identity of a global financial data business, bringing creative ideas to life across high-impact marketing initiatives during a key period of growth. Your Key Responsibilities As a Graphic Designer Will Include

• Working closely with the Marketing team to produce visually compelling assets across digital and print formats, including brochures, whitepapers, presentations, sales materials, social media assets and infographics, all aligned with FE fundinfo's brand identity.
• Developing creative assets to support campaigns, events and product launches, embedding visual storytelling and drawing on trends across financial services, technology and the wider creative landscape.
• Strengthening the team's approach to data visualisation, video and animation by supporting motion graphics and recorded content and helping define tools, processes and quality standards.
• Supporting the Brand team in maintaining and evolving the company's visual identity, guiding colleagues in translating ideas into consistent and impactful visual formats.
• Ensuring brand compliance and consistency by owning and contributing to design frameworks and guidelines, and flagging non-compliant usage where appropriate.
• Establishing efficient briefing templates, workflows and delivery timelines to ensure creative output is delivered on time and to a high standard.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Graphic Designer:

• You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign.
• You are confident using Canva, including template creation and brand kit management.
• You have solid experience creating and managing branded templates in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• You have a strong, up-to-date understanding of graphic design best practices and can tailor creative output to marketing objectives and audience needs.
• You are fully proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
