We are seeking a creative, commercially driven Social & Content Manager to help bring our dermatological skincare brands to life across digital channels. This role will take ownership of the social media and content strategy across both D2C and B2B audiences, ensuring our brands connect authentically with skin-savvy consumers, professional skin clinics and retail stakeholders. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for skincare, dermatological ingredients and science, storytelling, digital engagement and community building who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on content creation. 

The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for meetings and conferences.

  • The AESTHETICS division with its AesthetiCare team, collaborates with professional skin clinics, providing them with the medical-grade, clinic-only brand ALLSKIN | MED. 
  • The MEDICAL division specializes in niche topical medicines. 

Key Responsibilities 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the person in this dynamic role will be a senior member of the marketing team, collaborating in a friendly and supportive environment. You will work closely with the wider marketing and design team, the commercial business unit leaders and our marketing and social media team colleagues in Cantabria Labs, Spain. 

The key responsibilities of the role will include: 

Social & Content Strategy 

  • Develop and deliver an integrated social media and content strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives across the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. 
  • Own and manage the social and content calendar across all brands and channels. 
  • Plan, execute, and report on social media campaigns, aligning them with broader marketing and e-commerce goals. 
  • Grow brand presence and engagement through smart content, storytelling, and data-led insight. 
  • Work closely with the in-house design team to ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are applied consistently across all platforms. 

Content Creation & Management 

  • Create engaging, high-quality, social-first content designed to be amplified across wider marketing activity, including CRM and websites, spanning social, influencer, KOL, dermatology-led, and UGC content. 
  • Work closely with the in-house design team, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop creative assets. 
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to translate campaign briefs into clear content plans and storytelling approaches. 

Community & Collaboration 

  • Management of a direct report Social Media Executive. 
  • With the support of the Social Media Executive, manage day-to-day social media activity, including community management and audience engagement. 
  • Collaborate with influencers, UGC content creators, KOLs, dermatologists, partner retailers and clinics, and external agencies to generate impactful content. 

Insight & Performance 

  • Monitor and analyse social and content performance using dashboards and analytics tools. 
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimise content and engagement. 
  • Monitor social media trends in real time, adapting and implementing content that capitalises on current skincare trends, competitor activity, and platform changes. 

Skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing, business, or life science subject. 
  • A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in social media management, content creation or a related field. 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel content strategies. 
  • Experience planning, executing, and analysing measurable social media campaigns. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong strategic thinking. 
  • Strong project management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong interest in skincare, dermatology, or beauty; professional skincare experience is desirable but not essential. 
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) is desirable but not essential.
