About the roles

We’re building bold, commercially sharp content for a product that helps Shopify brands turn video into sales across all channels, and we’re hiring for two roles:

1. Performance Creative Freelancer (on-call)
2. Content Producer (ongoing contractor)1. Performance Creative Freelancer (on-call) 

You’ll create short-form performance videos aimed at Shopify brand owners who haven’t heard of Filmo yet. We provide the strategy, hook, brief, and direction. Your job is to turn the brief into content that lands.

We’re looking for someone with:

• a proven track record of viral or high-performing short-form content
• strong, credible on-camera delivery
• strong video editing, effects, and voiceover skills
• strong knowledge on pacing, structure, and what makes content convert
• bonus: experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or B2B brands

2. Content Producer (ongoing contractor) 

You’ll produce educational and product-led video and carousel content across Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. All content briefs are already developed. We’re looking for someone who can execute them well, consistently, and on time.

We’re looking for someone with:

• a proven track record of polished video and graphic content
• strong captions, layout, and visual judgment
• clean video editing, effects, and voiceover skills
• reliable, on-time delivery
• bonus: experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or B2B brands

Tools / software - Both Roles

• Applicants should be comfortable using industry-standard editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• For design-based work, Canva, Figma, or equivalent is expected.
• Applicants should also be comfortable producing polished screen recordings and delivering organised files through Google Drive.

LocationBoth roles are remote. We’re open to applicants in different locations, but preference may be given to those with some overlap with Australian working hours.
