21GRAMS- Group Art Supervisor

For our client, we are seeking a 21grams- Group Art Supervisor to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities

• Direct and design digital content across various platforms for healthcare-related campaigns
• Transform scientific information into engaging messages for healthcare professional audiences
• Drive creative initiatives that align with brand strategy and identity
• Prepare and submit client materials for approval adhering to AMA style guidelines
• Lead collaboration projects from concept to digital execution with multiple teams
• Manage multiple projects across various brands independently
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical art direction and design
• College degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in an agency setting within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential
• Portfolio or PDF of relevant work samples is required
