About EV1

EV1 is a next generation wellness platform combining fitness, nutrition, mindset, gamification and AI into a single premium ecosystem.

Often described as "Duolingo meets WHOOP", EV1 has been designed to solve one of the biggest challenges in health and wellness: long term engagement and adherence.

The platform includes:

Product Status

This is not an early stage idea.

Approximately 12 months of design and development has already been completed.

Current assets include:

• 500+ designed screens
• Existing Flutter codebase
• Firebase infrastructure
• Fully prototyped animation systems
• Detailed product specifications
• Extensive implementation briefs
• Existing APK builds
• Established UI/UX system
• Detailed QA documentation

Pre seed investment discussions are currently underway and the product is now entering its final build phase.

MVP completion is estimated at approximately 3- 4 months.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting up to four Flutter Developers to join the founding development team and work alongside the CTO and Founder during the final phase of development.

This is an opportunity to become part of a business that already has substantial progress completed and is approaching launch.

Working Structure

Successful candidates will work directly with the CTO and Founder as part of a structured development team responsible for completing the final MVP build.

The development team will be led by the CTO, with developers assigned clear ownership areas and implementation responsibilities.

Developers will receive:

• Detailed implementation briefs
• Product specifications
• Figma designs
• Animation references
• QA feedback
• Clear development roadmaps

The majority of product architecture, user journeys and design decisions have already been completed, allowing the team to focus on implementation and delivery.

• Flutter development
• UI implementation
• Animation implementation
• Firebase integration
• Feature development
• Business logic implementation
• Testing and optimisation
• Bug fixing
• Participation in QA reviews
• Working closely with the CTO and Founder

Requirements

• Flutter development experience
• Mobile application development experience
• Firebase experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work from detailed specifications
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving mindset
• Comfortable operating within a startup environment
• Ability to work independently

Equity Participation

Successful candidates will receive an equity participation package ranging between 0.25% and 0.5% depending on experience, technical capability, contribution and level of responsibility assumed during the final MVP build.

Equity awards will be determined following interview and technical assessment.

All equity is subject to a standard vesting schedule and successful delivery of agreed milestones.

Current pre seed investment valuations are based on a recent £75,000 investment for 5% equity, implying a company valuation of approximately £1.5 million. Based on this valuation, the equity participation available under this role represents an indicative value of approximately £3,750 to £7,500 before future growth and scaling.

This opportunity is designed for developers who want to participate in the long term growth of EV1 rather than simply complete short term contract work.
