Job Description
Posted on: April 25, 2025
🔍 About the Role
We’re building the next-generation indoor golf simulator web/mobile platform at Five Iron Golf, used by over 10 k active players across locations across the globe. The platform powers immersive, data-driven golf challenges, live competitions, and interactive social gameplay — all from modern indoor golf venues that blend tech, sport, and bar-style hospitality.
We're now hiring a UX/QA specialist to own the space between product vision and polished, production-ready delivery.

You will be the key person between product and engineering. Your job:
- Turn rough specs and ideas into clean, clickable Figma flows
- Think through edge cases, responsiveness, interactions
- Collaborate directly with the product team for sign-off
- QA all features after devs implement them — you own the spec and its delivery🧠Who You Are
- You’ve designed real web/mobile products in Figma
- You’re detail-obsessed and care about user experience and implementation fidelity
- You’ve worked in a small product team, startup, or agency where you had to wear multiple hats
- You’ve tested features yourself — you know when something is “off”
- You communicate clearly, document well, and don’t need micromanagement
âś… What You'll Own
- Design: small features, flows, improvements (not a full redesign)
- Spec: annotate Figma, prepare stories/tickets
- QA: test on staging, verify features match spec
- Delivery quality: you say “ready to release”
đź’Ľ Requirements
- 3–6 years in product design (UX/UI)
- Solid Figma skills (components, variants, prototyping)
- Experience doing manual QA / test passes
- Strong communication in English
- Based in or near EU timezones (Poland preferred)
✨ Bonus
- Familiarity with React Native or web frontends
- You've been the only designer or QA in a team before
- Can start fast and work async
🚀 What We Offer
- $5.5–6K/month on long-term contract
- Full-time, stable role
- 100% remote
- 15 days of paid vacations on B2B;
- Country bank holidays
- Work directly with the product and dev teams
- High ownership, real product impact
