Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to take ownership of Forge Men’s Instagram presence and drive community growth. This role goes beyond posting content — you will be responsible for strategy, engagement, and performance, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive DTC Ecommerce space.

Therefore, we are looking for someone with strong focus on managing social media accounts Design, content creation and expertise on managing Instagram Account for E-commerce Industry.

🎯 Your Mission

• Manage and grow Forge Men’s Instagram account with a performance-driven approach.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) aligned with our brand voice.
• Drive community engagement through comments, DMs, and interactive campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and influencer partners to amplify reach and conversions.
• Track, analyse, and report on content performance, optimizing for growth and ROI.
• Stay ahead of Instagram trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

🧠 What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably Instagram
• Proven track record of growing engagement and followers for DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Skills in content creation, Graphic Design, copywriting, and social storytelling will be great
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Later, Hootsuite, etc.) to track performance.
• Understanding of influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & visual).
• Creative, data-driven, and results-focused mindset.
