As a Certified Webflow Partner Studio, we design scalable digital ecosystems where innovative mindset meets technology.

We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for a Sales Development Representative who can own the entire sales cycle — from first outreach to deal closing.

This role focuses specifically on selling Formed IT services to startups, scale-ups, and innovative companies globally.

What Will You Do

* Identify companies that need digital product, web development, or AI solutions

* Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and strategic channels

* Build relationships with founders, product leaders, and decision-makers

* Understand client needs and align them with Formed IT services

* Prepare proposals and lead client discussions

* Manage negotiations and take deals from prospecting to closing

* Present solutions such as Webflow development, AI systems, and no-code platforms

What We're Looking For

* Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Tech Sales

* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

* Comfortable managing full-cycle B2B sales processes

* Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset

* Strong interest in technology, startups, and digital products

* Experience selling digital services, SaaS, software development, or tech solutions is highly valued

Compensation

* Commission-based structure
