Who We Are
Pixel Events is building the modern event platform. We own and operate some of the fastest-growing event franchises in the country including Future Proof, RetailClub, ETF.com, and Safeguard, and we’re scaling a system that brings live events, technology, creative services, and data together under one roof. Pixel leadership includes the founders of industry leading events such as Future Proof, Money20/20, and Shoptalk, who are now building the next wave of modern, best-in-class events.
We don’t just build events and conferences. We’re building an entirely new standard for how people meet, learn, and do business through event experiences.
The Role
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to support the creative execution of our brands across marketing, digital, and event environments. This is a hands-on role for someone who can produce high-quality work across multiple formats, stay organized across competing priorities, and help maintain a strong, modern visual standard across the Pixel portfolio.
You’ll work closely with marketing, content, sales, sponsorship, and production teams to create assets that support campaigns, on-site execution, and the overall creative consistency of our franchises. This is an ideal role for a designer who wants to grow inside a fast-moving event platform and build experience across both digital and real-world brand systems.
What You’ll Do
You will design and adapt creative assets across social media, email, web, presentations, and marketing collateral. You will help maintain visual consistency across Pixel franchises, ensuring assets are on-brand, polished, and aligned with campaign goals. You will resize, version, and update existing creative for different platforms and formats, including mobile, web, print, and presentation use cases.
You will support the creation of environmental and on-site event graphics, including signage, wayfinding, sponsor assets, branded materials, and other visual elements that help define the attendee experience. You will prepare files for production, incorporate feedback efficiently, and help ensure work is delivered accurately and on deadline.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support a wide range of design needs across the business. You will contribute to the evolution of our creative systems by helping organize files, templates, and repeatable processes that make design production faster and more consistent. This role is execution-first, but there is room to contribute ideas and grow creatively over time.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
You have strong design instincts and care about craft, but you also know how to work quickly and respond to feedback. You are organized, reliable, and comfortable balancing multiple requests at once. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work, and are excited to support a team building modern event brands across multiple industries. You’re motivated by growth and want to keep developing your creative range in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
You have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace. You have 2–4 years of professional design experience, or strong equivalent experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates solid visual judgment across digital and print work. You have strong time management and communication skills, and you can manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus. Experience with WordPress, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative tools is also a plus. Experience working remotely, in startup environments, or on event-related brands is helpful.
Role DetailsLocation: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Travel: Multiple travel opportunities per year for Pixel Events and team offsite gatherings.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health coverage, retirement, paid time off, and more. This is a fully remote role with meaningful travel and the chance to help shape the visual identity of a modern event platform.
