Design Production Assistant

FXN Works Remote | Full Time | 40 hours per week Must be in South America About The Role FXN Works is a Miami based design and fabrication studio working on retail spaces, interiors, custom furniture, and brand activations. We are looking for a Design Production Assistant to support the development of drawings, models, and presentations. This role focuses on production and technical support. The assistant will help translate design concepts into organized drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials that support client communication and project development. This is a remote position working directly with the studio founder. Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling
• Build and edit Rhino 3D models for interior architecture, furniture, and millwork
• Maintain clean and organized model structures
• Prepare geometry for drawings and visualization
• Drawing Production
• Produce dimensioned drawings from Rhino models
• Update drawings based on markups and redlines
• Assist with millwork and interior detailing
• Assist with rendering preparation when needed
• Presentation Support
• Assemble presentation boards
• Build mood boards and concept layouts
• Source reference imagery and materials
• Format design presentations

Required Skills

• Strong Rhino 3D proficiency (this is essential)
• Experience working on interior design or architecture projects
• Ability to model interior architecture and furniture accurately
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings and dimensions
• Experience with Adobe software tools for presentations
• Good visual organization and presentation layout skills
• Ability to follow direction and implement revisions quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in written and verbal English
