Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-driven Graphic Designer to support one of our clients in producing high-quality visual assets across a wide range of formats. In this role, you will work closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and creative leads to execute design concepts, develop new ideas, and ensure every asset aligns with brand expectations and strategic goals. This opportunity is freelance-based and project-driven, with scope varying based on client needs. Main project scope

• Design & Production

• Execute design tasks across multiple formats, including digital and print layouts, web stories, email creatives, microsites, e-learning assets, Storyline games, and Google slide decks.
• Develop storyboards, user flows, and UI mockups that support learning, enablement, and communication objectives.
• Create new design concepts for learning programmes, enablement assets, and strategic communication materials.
• Ensure all designs strictly adhere to the client's brand guidelines and style systems.
• Review and refine design outputs based on feedback from stakeholders and project teams.
• Prepare production-ready assets for downstream teams (video, development, publishing, print).
• Deliver final assets in required formats (including PDFs and print-ready files).
• Set up artwork for print and apply knowledge of professional print processes.

• Pre-Production

• Source and organise design assets from internal repositories, stock libraries, or client-provided archives.
• Edit and compose digital images as required for project needs.
• Source, convert, and optimise icons for Google Slides and other platforms.
• Communication & Collaboration
• Participate in client briefings, internal creative reviews, and project meetings.
• Collaborate closely with points of contact and wider project teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Proactively seek clarification when briefs are incomplete or ambiguous.
• Design Excellence
• Attention to Detail: Deliver pixel-perfect, precision-focused design work.
• Brand Mastery: Demonstrate deep familiarity with client brands and apply them consistently and creatively.
• Technical Proficiency: Leverage design tools confidently to produce high-quality, visually cohesive assets

Skills/Experience

• Demonstrable experience in digital design, creative production, visual communication, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing multi-format design work across digital, print, and interactive environments.
• Experience designing assets for learning, enablement, communication, or training contexts (desirable but not required).
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Workspace).
• Ability to develop structured visual concepts including storyboards, user flows, and UI mockups.
• Strong grasp of brand systems and experience applying detailed visual guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, remote-first teams.

Desirable

• Experience designing structured materials for learning, enablement, or instructional design.
• Familiarity with e-learning design tools, including Storyline.

• This is a fractional, contract-based role, meaning work is assigned on a client-by-client basis, depending on need and availability.
