GDA Wins is a Democratic Direct Mail firm with an accomplished record of winning. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team for an exciting, fast-paced, and critical election cycle. Our creative team works in collaboration with account staff to create smart, eye-catching designs that help our clients win. If you have an exacting eye, finesse for details, and hit your stride when the turnaround is tight, then please read on!

This position is full-time through the November 3, 2026, election with a competitive salary and benefits. Due to the seasonal nature of our work, this position can entail work beyond normal business hours, especially as we inch closer to the election. The position is remote with the possibility of being in an office if preferred.

Essential Responsibilities 

·      Create dynamic, thoughtful, and persuasive visuals.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders in a positive and professional manner.

·      Implement feedback resulting in the best solution.

·      Prepare print-ready files that abide by industry best practices.

·      Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·      5-10 years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency environment.

·      Portfolio of dynamic, conceptual work.

·      Demonstrated knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator in a Mac environment.

·      Experience with creating print-ready files.

·      A sense of ownership and responsibility over your work product.

·      Comfort and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment under set deadlines, even while working remotely.

The following are not required but are a plus:

·      Experience in designing direct mail

·      Illustration skills

·      A special interest in politics, progressive causes, or activism

·      Experience working with Dropbox and Slack
