Web Designer

We are looking for a Web / Digital Designer to join an e-commerce team working with beauty brands.

This role is focused mainly on creating visual assets for e-commerce: product images, banners, carousels, promotional graphics, campaign visuals, and other digital materials used across online stores.

It is not a classic UX/UI or website design role. The main focus is on producing polished, conversion-oriented visual content that supports product presentation, merchandising, marketing campaigns, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual assets for e-commerce websites and online stores
• Design product images, banners, carousels, promotional graphics, and campaign visuals
• Support product merchandising through clear and attractive visual presentation
• Adapt brand guidelines into practical digital assets for web and marketing use
• Use AI tools for image generation, design exploration, and production of e-commerce graphics
• Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, UX/UI, and product teams
• Maintain visual consistency across different pages, campaigns, and brands

Requirements:

• Experience in digital design, web asset design, or visual content creation for e-commerce
• Strong portfolio with examples of product images, banners, carousels, campaign graphics, or similar e-commerce assets
• Strong ability to use AI tools for visual asset creation, image generation, design concepts, and production-ready e-commerce graphics
• Good understanding of e-commerce visuals, product presentation, merchandising, and conversion-oriented content
• Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and ability to work with beauty/lifestyle aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and UX/UI teams
• English level B2 or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or DTC/e-commerce industry
• Experience creating assets for Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Basic understanding of CRO, merchandising, and product content optimization
• Experience creating assets for high-traffic e-commerce websites
