Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Account Manager. The Digital Marketing Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation and management of digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing efforts, creating performance reports, and fostering strong client relationships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client business goals is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in SEO, PPC management, and social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools and reporting to monitor and measure campaign performance.
• Ability to develop and implement customized marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and collaborate with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in project management and adaptability to work in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with web platforms like WordPress, Magento, and Shopify is a plus.
• Experience in the jewelry industry or relevant eCommerce sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
