About the role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator with a sharp eye for virality, a deep understanding of AI, and the entrepreneurial drive to create content that moves culture. This role is focused on LinkedIn-first storytelling: posts, threads, carousels, and videos that educate, engage, and spark conversation among one of the world’s largest AI communities.

We are open to candidates based in Europe, the UK, or LATAM to align with the team’s time zones.

Requirements:

• Proven track record creating high-performing LinkedIn content (personal brand, company, or client).
• Deep knowledge of AI — from tools and workflows to cultural shifts and business impact.
• Strong grasp of virality principles: hooks, framing, distribution, timing.
• Editorial sharpness: you know how to simplify complex topics without dumbing them down.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
• Bonus: experience with short-form video editing, design tools (Figma, Canva), or analytics dashboards.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

 Responsibilities:

• Create daily, high-quality LinkedIn content that is signal-rich, insight-led, and designed for virality.
• Translate complex AI developments into clear, scroll-stopping stories.
• Collaborate with product, design, and editorial teams to showcase our products, community, and thought leadership.
• Monitor trends in AI and business to craft timely, resonant content.
• Experiment with formats (posts, carousels, short-form video) and optimize based on data.
• Act as an entrepreneurial voice inside the company, pitching ideas and leading creative experiments that grow reach and influence.
