We're looking for a German part-time copywriter with a knack for crafting compelling ad copy and engaging emails. You thrive on creativity, turning complex ideas into clear, persuasive messages that resonate. With a background in email marketing and ad copy, you understand the art of capturing attention in crowded inboxes and busy feeds. You're not just writing; you're connecting, convincing, and converting.

You're more than a writer; you're a strategic thinker. You grasp customer intent funnels and speak the language of CTRs, open rates, and conversion metrics. Your words don't just sound amazing; they perform well.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging email content, from subject lines to body copy, for diverse campaign types
• Adapt your writing style to match each client's brand voice and target audience
• Work closely with our CRM and design teams to ensure copy aligns with overall strategy
• Able to translate emails from English to German and vice versa.
• Contribute to A/B testing plans, analyzing results to refine copy performance
• Participate in virtual brainstorming sessions and client meetings
• Stay updated on copywriting trends and consumer behavior
• Has some experience in digital advertising

Requirements:

• Part time to start: 10-15 ,hours/week butit might likely increase if the workload increases
• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, with a strong focus on email content
• Proven track record of high-performing emails (be ready to share your portfolio).
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices
• Deep understanding of copywriting principles for digital platforms
• Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven copy optimization
• Ability to quickly grasp complex products/services and translate them into simple, compelling messages
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with the German market is required
