We’re growing quickly across Australia and New Zealand, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented designer to help bring our brand to life across ads, packaging, and digital channels.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior–Mid Level Graphic Designer who’s creative, detail-oriented, and hungry to sharpen their skills in a real-world, performance-driven environment.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative team to bring campaigns, product launches, and packaging to life across paid ads, digital channels, and physical products. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, perfect for someone who wants to build speed, confidence, and commercial design instincts inside a fast-growing e-commerce brand.
You won’t be left on your own. You’ll receive direction, feedback, and clear creative goals, but you’ll be trusted to take ownership of your tasks, improve ideas, and continuously raise the quality bar.

What You’ll Do
● Design graphics for Meta and Google ads
● Create static ad creatives and help adapt winning concepts into new variations
● Assist with packaging and label designs for new and existing products
● Design email graphics and simple landing page assets
● Create mockups for product launches
● Support brand consistency across digital and print
● Occasionally design simple presentations or internal documents
● Use AI tools (such as Google AI Studio, Midjourney, and ChatGPT) to help generate creative concepts, image variations, and mockups
What We’re Looking For
● 1–3 years of design experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
● A strong portfolio showing digital design work (ads, social, web, or packaging)
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop essential)
● Good eye for layout, typography, and detail
● Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
● Organized and able to manage multiple small projects
● Comfortable working remotely with a small, fast-paced team
Ideal (But Not Essential)
● Experience designing for e-commerce or DTC brands
● Familiarity with Shopify or Klaviyo
● Basic motion or simple video editing skills
● Experience using AI creative tools (Google AI Studio, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
● Interest in branding and marketing psychology
