Role DescriptionThe Social Media Manager / Content Marketing Specialist / Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. This role combines content strategy, social media management, and growth marketing techniques to optimize customer acquisition and retention across digital channels.Key responsibilities include planning and managing content strategies across social media, blogs, email marketing, and digital campaigns. The role creates, curates, and optimizes content tailored to target audiences while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.The position manages social media channels, schedules and publishes content, engages with online communities, and monitors audience interactions. It analyzes performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and traffic to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies.The role also designs and executes growth marketing initiatives, including user acquisition campaigns, A/B testing, funnel optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, and lifecycle marketing efforts. It identifies opportunities to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI across marketing channels.Collaboration with design, product, sales, and analytics teams is essential to ensure cohesive campaigns and data-driven decision-making. The role may also contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and brand positioning strategies to support long-term growth objectives.QualificationsStrong understanding of digital marketing principles, content marketing, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and growth marketing frameworks. Ability to design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns.Proficiency in content creation tools, social media platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance tracking is an advantage.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
