We’re now hiring a Performance Designer to join our Meta ads Creative Team.

This is not a traditional design role.

You will work at the intersection of creative and performance, producing high-converting statics, carousels, and ads assets for paid social across European markets. Your focus is simple: design that drives measurable results.

Tasks

• Design direct-response assets (statics, carousels, landing pages) for Meta

• Iterate quickly on winning concepts — testing hooks, layouts, and visual angles

• Work closely with media buyers and creative strategists

• Adapt creatives for different European markets

• Maintain high creative output aligned with brand and performance goals

Who You Are

• You have a strong portfolio showcasing direct-response ads and e-commerce creatives that drive actual sales (not just traditional branding)

• You are deeply interested in performance design — you analyze top ads, understand metrics like CTR and CPA, and know that a "beautiful" design isn't always a "converting" design.

• You are proficient in tools like Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects (or similar motion/design tools), and you stay ahead of design trends in the paid social space.
