Let’s break it down Goods & Services is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines creative problem-solving with a deep understanding of user-centered design. This role requires not just solid design skills, but a collaborative mindset, a willingness to grow, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment—particularly in the context of medical devices and software development. What You’ll Need

• Proficient in Figma for creating interactive prototypes and maintaining design systems.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for iconography and professional image editing.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 for compatibility with Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Comfortable navigating Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for design-development alignment.
• Proficient working on both Microsoft and Macintosh systems
• Willing to explore and understand medical devices and their functionality.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to constant change.
• Familiar with Scrum ceremonies and capable of working ahead of development sprints.
• Deep knowledge of the Double Diamond design process.
• Experienced in conducting UX and UI research, including branding, marketing analysis, benchmarking, user interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Capable of performing and presenting Heuristic Evaluations to support design decisions.
• Team-oriented, empathetic, and collaborative—believing that success is a team effort.
• Confident in persuading and aligning stakeholders around user-centered solutions.
• Eager to step outside comfort zones to learn new tools, theories, and psychological approaches.
• Open to receiving and applying feedback as a means of continuous growth.
• Willing to present, debate, and defend ideas thoughtfully and respectfully.
• Patient and resilient when navigating complex design and development challenges.
• Proactive in anticipating needs and moving projects forward independently.
• Capable of stepping into leadership roles when the situation demands.
• Grounded in the reality of software development—understanding it as rigorous, technical, and deeply rewarding work.
