Who We Are

Project Brains connects fractional and freelance talent with purposeful organisations. We’re supporting a social housing provider building a mobile app and web portal to improve tenant services—rent payments, repair requests, support access, and tenancy information—all in one place.

Opportunity

We’re looking for a UX Designer to bring this platform to life by wireframing key user journeys and applying an existing UI design system. You’ll shape the first release of a critical service that directly improves tenants’ day-to-day experience.

What You Will Do

• Review existing UX research and user needs
• Design wireframes and apply consistent UI components
• Deliver initial mobile app and web screens
• Collaborate closely over the first few weeks, then shift to a lighter rhythm (approx. 2 days/week)
• Start as early as next week
