User Experience Specialist

Role Description This is a contract-based, remote role for a Figma Specialist. The Figma Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and refine user-friendly interfaces and visual assets. Responsibilities include creating high-fidelity designs in Figma, collaborating with team members to develop design solutions, maintaining brand consistency, and iterating on feedback to deliver refined designs that align with project goals. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, including designing, prototyping, and creating interactive elements
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design
• Experience collaborating with teams to create user-centric interfaces and maintain brand identity
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn concepts into design solutions
• Excellent communication skills and capability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles is a plus
• Previous experience in digital product design or graphic design is desirable
