B2B Ad Creative Specialist (Casual, Remote - Australia)

We’re looking for a creative thinker with strong design skills to help us craft high-performing ad creatives for B2B lead generation campaigns.

About the Role:

This is a casual role (starting at ~5-10 hours/week) with potential to grow into a full-time position.

You'll be designing ad creatives for display and paid social campaigns, focused on driving leads for B2B businesses across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Display.

What You’ll Do:

• Design scroll-stopping B2B ad creatives (static and short motion)
• Create variations for A/B testing across channels
• Work closely with the marketing team to align creatives with campaign strategy
• Bring ideas to the table on how to improve performance through creative

\What We’re Looking For:

• Strong portfolio of ad creatives (B2B examples a big plus)
• Experience designing for LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or Display Networks
• A good understanding of what drives clicks and conversions in B2B
• Ability to take a brief and turn it into clear, on-brand visual ads
• Proficient in Figma, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
• Bonus: Motion design or video editing skills
