Role Title CRM Experience Designer Reports To (manager’s Job Title) Comms Product Owner DirectorateDepartmentLocation:Level / Grade L4 Role dimensionsDirect Reports: 0Indirect Reports: n/aBudget/financial accountability: n/aRole purpose Support the Product Owner in driving customer engagement and growth through a data-driven, personalised communication approach, ensuring alignment, optimisation and innovation across all customer touchpoints to drive overall business growth and hit Tier 1 VMO2 KPIs. We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who goes one step beyond. Who is highly motivated and passionate about creating customer centric, best in class digital experiences. We’re looking for someone who knows how to design complicated functions simply, who understands the needs of real users and balance them with business requirements to create well rounded solutions. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Design: Design and implement responsive layouts that provide optimal viewing experiences across various devices and email clients, incorporating multimedia elements such as images, GIFs, and videos into customer communication designs. Creativity: create visually appealing content that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives across VM, O2 and Priority brands. Think customer first to ensure the content conveys the messages clearly and adheres to meeting the campaign goals Comms management: Use the Braze platform to efficiently design content blocks and templates that can be used by multiple collaborators to send communications. Innovation: Live and breathe what competitors are doing in the space - and bring a strong point-of-view on what VMO2 should be doing to cut through and deliver best-in-class communications. Collaboration: You’ll build relationships with stakeholders, following up on performance and insights to learn how we can iterate to have more impact. Performance: use curiosity and creativity to deliver confident ideas, while always considering commercial impact Implementation: work with performance and research data to constantly improve design across CRM channels Quality: Maintain close relationships with the Brand & Advertising team and the UX guild to ensure our overall creative output is consistent and we continue to innovate and push the envelope creatively Migration: Support ongoing communications migration roadmap, including running the discovery migration, and briefing capabilities requirements to enable the completion of the migration Essential Skills, Knowledge, Or Experience(Inc. professional or technical qualifications) 4+ years of experience in a similar role. You will have a strong portfolio of high-impact emails, that demonstrate great typographic, layout, art direction and technical skills across all things email. CRM multi- channel design and implementation in the Braze platform. Hands-on experience in Braze, Salesforce, or similar email service provider. Application of brand guidelines and styles in CRM campaigns. Ability to communicate cross-functionally with brand stakeholders: gather requirements, content, and deadlines. Strong Graphic Design Skills With Experience In Figma Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
