Role Description

Hameau de Grenade is seeking a Pattern Maker with strong experience in CLO 3D or similar digital pattern-making software to join the team on a full-time, remote basis.

The Pattern Maker will be responsible for developing accurate digital patterns, refining fit and proportions, and translating design concepts into production-ready patterns. This role works closely with the design and production teams to ensure consistency, quality, and technical precision across all garments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pattern making and pattern development
• Strong proficiency in CLO 3D or similar digital pattern-making tools (Browzwear, Optitex, Gerber, Lectra, etc.)
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fitting, and sewing techniques
• Ability to interpret design sketches and technical references
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams
• Clear communication skills and ability to work within deadlines
• Previous experience in garment production or manufacturing is an advantage
