Graphic Web Designer
Job Description
Posted on: June 26, 2026
Company Description HARM is a first-to-market, patent-pending platform that gives residents a safe, private way to connect with city-approved local support during difficult life events, where traditional emergency responses like 911 are not appropriate. The platform helps individuals facing domestic violence, mental health challenges, substance use, trafficking, housing insecurity, bullying, and other forms of harm by directing them to tailored resources and post-care connections. Designed for universal access, HARM does not require smartphones and connects residents quickly and confidentially, reliably matching them to relevant services within seconds. Built to meet and exceed government standards, the platform is CAGE registered, SAM.gov active, and ready to scale, with each implementation customized to local providers, protocols, and priorities. HARM delivers detailed insights and transparency that strengthen communities, build trust, and support leaders in addressing harm where it occurs.
Role Description The Graphic Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging digital assets that align with HARM’s mission and brand across web and mobile interfaces. In this part-time, remote role, the designer will collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop layouts, icons, illustrations, and user interface elements that enhance clarity, accessibility, and user trust. Day-to-day tasks include designing and refining graphics for landing pages, dashboards, and user flows, producing branding materials and social media visuals, and ensuring consistency in typography, color, and imagery. The Graphic Web Designer will also support the ongoing improvement of the design system, prepare files for development handoff, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital products, including web and mobile interfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity that reflects HARM’s mission.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage part-time workload effectively.
- Portfolio demonstrating original digital design work; formal education in design or related field is beneficial but not required.
- Must be a Framer expert who aligns with our current brand aesthetic.
