Principal Product Manager — B2B SaaS, AI/ML, 0→1 (Fully Remote, UK)
This is a rare opportunity to own and build brand‑new AI‑powered B2B SaaS data products from scratch inside a global ResTech scale‑up powering insights for more than 300M users across 130+ countries.
You’ll be building new AI/ML products in a B2B SaaS environment, taking them from zero → one inside a business that sits at the intersection of ResTech, AdTech, and media measurement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the full 0→1 lifecycle — discovery, strategy, definition, execution, launch, and adoption of AI‑powered B2B SaaS products.
- Building synthetic‑data products, AI‑generated research workflows, audience/measurement tools, and next‑gen data products entirely from scratch.
- Acting as a senior IC (Director‑level) with full ownership of product strategy, vision, and commercial impact—no people management.
- Working daily with data scientists, ML engineers, and R&D to design and evaluate AI/ML models, including LLM‑ and agent‑powered workflows.
- Bringing new products to market and influencing adoption, revenue, and long‑term commercial success.
- Helping major global media, advertising, and research clients understand campaign performance, audience behaviour, and media effectiveness.
What You MUST Bring (Hard Requirements)
To be considered, you must have ALL of the following:
1. B2B SaaS Product Management
You have built and shipped enterprise B2B SaaS products, not B2C, not internal platforms, not marketplaces.
2. AI/ML Product Delivery
Experience launching real AI/ML‑powered products, ideally including:
- LLMs
- synthetic data
- predictive modelling
- RAG systems
- ML‑driven insights or analytics
3. True 0→1 Product Ownership
You have repeatedly:
- built products from scratch,
- taken them to market,
- driven usage/revenue,
- and owned end‑to‑end commercial outcomes.
Industry Experience:
- AdTech, MarTech, ResTech, audience measurement, media analytics, or advertising technology experience.
- Experience with campaign measurement, attribution, audience modelling, or research platforms.
About you
- A track record of defining strategy for complex, ambiguous product areas and delivering measurable business impact.
- Comfort working with deeply technical teams and translating complex modelling constraints into clear product decisions.
- Strong customer empathy and evidence‑driven product judgment.
The Package
- £125k–£150k base salary (depending on experience).
