We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to join the dynamic Haven Product Design team. Working for one of the UK's best-loved holiday brands, you’ll contribute as part of a team who design great customer centric experiences across all our digital platforms, across guest-facing interfaces and team member tools, working closely with your colleagues in digital.

With an ambitious digital roadmap to support an equally ambitious growth plan, you will be right at the heart of delighting our customers. You can be based anywhere in the UK for this role, as long as you’re happy to travel occasionally to meet up with your team and stakeholders.

Your Opportunity:

To grow your skills, learn from experienced designers, and make a meaningful impact by:

• Designing great products that are easy to use for our Guests and team members
• Exploring design options collaboratively with product managers and users.
• Maintaining a design consistency across all our platforms
• Helping to build and improve the Haven Design System by reusing and contributing to shared components.
• Understanding business goals and translating them into unique design/creative solutions.

What we’d like you to bring:

• You have at least 2+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
• A solid foundation in design principles – layout, typography, colour, and usability
• A foundational understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility
• Familiar with design systems and applying reusable components
• Great Figma skills
• Good communication skills - able to present work, explain thinking, and take feedback on board
• A collaborative mindset – you're happy working with designers, developers, and product managers.
