As Brand Manager, you will be the driving force behind high-impact product launches and Go-To-Market strategies. We are looking for a results-driven strategist who can blend creative brand development with sharp E-commerce optimization and market research to dominate the personal care sector. The Role

• Lead the end-to-end launch of newly developed pharmaceutical and beauty brands across international markets, ensuring premium positioning and market entry.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including product selection and cross-functional collaboration with distribution partners.
• Design and optimize multi-channel marketing plans, leveraging data analytics to track ROI and maximize commercial performance across the UK and Baltics.
• Drive digital growth by leading the administration and optimization of E-commerce platforms to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
• Manage full-cycle marketing budgets, conducting deep-dive consumer behavior analysis and market research to identify upcoming industry trends.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of proven experience in Marketing or Brand Management, specifically within the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Education in Marketing or Business Administration with a deep understanding of core marketing frameworks and consumer personal care trends.
• Demonstrated track record of successful product launches and project management from conceptualization to global execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business decisions and growth strategies.
• High energy and a self-motivated approach, with the confidence to influence Sales Managers and cross-functional teams internationally.
