Business Analyst

The Role

• Translate complex real-world problems into clear, buildable requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions with customers and internal teams.
• Map processes and create detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for development and testing.
• Support product roadmap decisions with data-driven evidence.
• Analyse data to size problems and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst within a software/tech environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Ability to craft precise requirements for developers and testers.
• Excellent requirements writing and process mapping skills.
• Comfortable with data analysis, including reading data models and validating numbers.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
• Organised, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple work streams concurrently.
