As a Junior Python Engineer, you will join a high-performing multi-disciplinary team building the "DataX" platform—the engine behind critical country risk analytics. This is a chance to move beyond basic scripting and dive deep into high-performance API development and AWS serverless architecture within a sophisticated data-driven environment.

The Role

• Ship high-quality, maintainable Python code for a global risk data platform within an Agile Scrum environment.

• Collaborate directly with UX designers, Product Owners, and QA enthusiasts to build user-focused data features.

• Design and optimize performant APIs that handle complex datasets for international clients.

• Actively participate in sprint refinements and technical grooming to solve architectural challenges.

• Ensure software reliability by implementing rigorous automated testing and modern DevOps practices.

What You'll Need

• At least 2 years of commercial experience developing applications with Python, following strict PEP 8 standards.

• Proven experience building APIs using modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

• Strong SQL proficiency and a solid understanding of relational database design and interaction.

• Foundations in AWS cloud technologies, specifically Serverless (Lambda) and cloud storage solutions.

• Familiarity with asynchronous processing, message queues, and Git-based collaborative workflows.
