This technology company is hiring for a Product Designer to help shape and build developer tools and agentic development environments. The role involves designing intuitive user experiences and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
The Role
• Design and prototype product experiences using Figma in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Iterate on existing features to improve ergonomics, cognitive load, workflow friction, and design pattern consistency
• Craft every detail of new product features from idea to pixel-perfect execution
• Contribute to and help manage the design system and ensure proper implementation
• Test designs with internal teams and users to drive the product forward
What You'll Need
• 3+ years of experience working on technical products, developer tools, or AI and ML applications
• A strong understanding of user needs and a passion for refining detailed workflows
• Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating alongside engineers
