This role will focus on building shared interface components and reusable patterns that improve consistency, usability, and development velocity across the product experience. You will partner closely with designers and product engineers to translate design intent into accessible, high-quality software. The work will also include strengthening documentation, workflows, and adoption of the design system so teams can move faster with greater consistency.

Compensation: $140,800 – $158,400 annually
Responsibilities
- Build shared components and patterns using React and TypeScript to enhance the user interface
- Collaborate with designers and product engineers to align design intent with functional software
- Improve accessibility and interaction design to elevate the overall user experience
- Simplify the design system by improving documentation and workflows for easier adoption
- Use AI tools to prototype ideas and refine generated code into practical solutions
- Foundation in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS with practical interface-building experience
- Strong understanding of visual design and user interaction, with an emphasis on accessibility
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools for evaluating and improving generated code
- Demonstrated ownership and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Curiosity about reusable systems and their trade-offs in product development
