Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager- Cooling & Refrigeration We're working with a premier engineering solutions specialist that designs high-performance temperature control systems for the UK's most demanding industrial environments on this exciting opportunity. This is a high-impact technical sales role where you’ll transition from standard product selling to delivering complex, integrated process cooling solutions. You will leverage your expertise in thermodynamics and industrial refrigeration to consult with manufacturing leaders across the plastics, food production, and specialist engineering sectors. The Role

• Drive new business and manage key accounts for high-value industrial chiller and process cooling projects UK-wide.
• Design and propose bespoke engineered solutions involving Temperature Control Units (TCU), Cooling Towers, and Adiabatic Coolers.
• Lead consultative technical sales cycles by identifying heat-load requirements and optimizing system efficiency for industrial manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver turnkey integrated process cooling systems that meet strict environmental and performance standards.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial site survey and thermal calculation through to closing and hand-off to project teams.

What You'll Need

• Proven track record in Technical Sales or Business Development within the Industrial Cooling, Refrigeration, or HVAC sectors.
• Deep technical knowledge of Industrial Chillers, Process Cooling Systems, and Heat Exchanger technology.
• Experience selling into specialized manufacturing environments such as Plastics Processing or Food & Beverage production.
• Ability to perform technical site surveys and interpret engineering drawings to propose optimal temperature control equipment.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage a remote-based UK territory and travel to customer sites effectively.
