Health with Bec is a global digital women’s health brand founded by Bec, focused on eating a balanced diet that promotes gut health and weight loss. Over 80,000 women have joined our programs and benefited from our approach. We have two flagship products: the 3 Week Body Reset and the Health with Bec Tribe, which women can join for long-term support after completing the Reset.
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to own our social media across the Health with Bec brand, Bec’s personal brand and our paid Meta ads. You will work closely with Bec and our Head of Growth Marketing to lead our social media and paid creative strategy.
We’re looking for someone who understands that social media is not just about creating content. It’s about building trust, growing our audience and turning engagement into leads and sales.
We’re a fast-moving team, so this role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with execution, move quickly and confidently take ownership of their work.
What you'll own
Social media strategy
You will develop and manage the social media strategy across the Health with Bec brand and Bec’s personal brand.
This includes:
- Developing a clear social media strategy and content calendar
- Identifying content pillars and opportunities for growth
- Planning campaigns around product launches, promotions and key marketing moments
- Monitoring trends and identifying opportunities for the brand to participate
- Reporting on performance and using insights to continually improve our content
Content planning and creation
You will take ownership of the content process from idea through to execution.
This includes:
- Developing creative concepts for Reels, carousels, Stories and static content
- Writing scripts, captions, hooks and calls to action
- Briefing Bec and other team members on content requirements
- Filming and editing content where required
- Creating graphics and social assets
- Repurposing existing content across different platforms and formats
- Managing the content calendar, project planning, and ensuring content is published consistently
Bec's personal brand
Bec is the face of the brand, and her personal content plays an important role in building trust and connection with our audience.
You will:
- Develop content ideas that reflect Bec’s voice, expertise and personality
- Help Bec create authentic, engaging and commercially effective content that ladder up to the aligned strategy
- Prepare clear filming plans, scripts and shot lists
- Identify opportunities to showcase Bec’s day-to-day life, expertise and behind-the-scenes moments
- Ensure Bec’s content supports the wider Health with Bec marketing strategy
Paid social creative
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop creative concepts for paid Meta advertising.
This includes:
- Developing ad concepts, scripts, hooks and angles
- Creating and editing paid social assets
- Identifying strong organic content that could be adapted for paid advertising
- Reviewing creative performance and using the results to inform future concepts
- Producing new creative variations to support ongoing testing
This role is focused on social creative. You will not be responsible for managing the Ad account at all.
Community and engagement
You will help build and nurture the Health with Bec community across our social channels.
This includes:
- Monitoring comments, messages and audience feedback
- Responding to the community in the Health with Bec tone of voice
- Identifying common questions, objections and topics that could inspire future content
- Supporting conversations around launches, promotions and challenges
- Escalating customer service or sensitive health-related enquiries to the appropriate team member
Automated responses in DM for lead generation
You will manage and optimise our ManyChat activity to help turn social engagement into leads and customers.
This includes:
- Building and maintaining automated comment and direct-message flows
- Creating lead-generation campaigns connected to social content

About you
You’re someone who genuinely LOVES social media. You keep out on trends, ideas and can’t wait to jump in and get your hands dirty, whilst ensuring it aligns with the broader strategy.
You will ideally have:
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing social media or in design for an established brand or founder
- A strong portfolio showing content you have created and the results it achieved
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write compelling hooks, scripts and captions
- Strong video-editing skills, particularly for short-form content
- Experience using tools such as CapCut and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience using ManyChat or similar automation platforms
- A good understanding of Meta advertising and how creative influences performance
- Strong organisational and project-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence communicating ideas and providing direction to founders and team members
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- An interest in women’s health, nutrition and wellness
Experience working with digital products, online programs, memberships or subscription businesses would be highly regarded.
The practical details
This is a full-time, remote role. Perth-based candidates are preferred because of the opportunity to film content with Bec in person; however, we are open to exceptional candidates elsewhere with the next preferred location being Sydney.
You will work closely with Bec and the Head of Marketing, with support from the wider Health with Bec team.
