We are seeking an ambitious, proactive Assistant Digital Producer with the drive and foundational skills to rapidly advance to a full Producer role within 6 months. In this role, you will take ownership of our AVS (Digital Production) pipeline, turning creative visions into highly successful, on-time, and on-budget digital realities.

The Role Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will be the engine of our digital production delivery model, overseeing the execution of a range of digital projects (including AR apps, interactive touchscreens, immersive projections, and 3D animations).

• Internal & External Resource Coordination: Act as the central scheduling hub, managing resource allocation across our lean internal management team and our established, trusted network of specialised freelancers (3D artists, UI designers, and animators). 

• Timeline & Scope Protection: Proactively track project milestones to combat scope creep. You will play a vital role in ensuring client feedback is gathered efficiently and keeping projects on track. 

• Cross-Discipline Communication: Serve as the day-to-day bridge between museum clients, creative designers, and software developers, translating complex technical dependencies into clear, actionable tasks.

• Client Management: Build strong relationships with local, regional, and national museum stakeholders, lead regular updates, and manage delivery expectations professionally. 

Knowledge, skills, and experience

We are looking for someone with a rock-solid foundation in digital delivery who is striving for professional growth.

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience as an Assistant Producer or Project Coordinator within a digital agency, production studio, or creative environment.
• Production Lifecycle: A clear foundational understanding of the production lifecycle for both time-based media (animation/film) and custom software development.
• Tools & Process: Proficiency with modern project management tools and a highly organised, systematic approach to task tracking and resource scheduling.
• Communication Style: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to manage stakeholder timelines and push back politely but firmly when project scopes drift.
• The Trajectory: A demonstrable aptitude for leadership and a desire to take on full project ownership.
