Video Production Specialist - Freelancer Editor

Overview

We are a growing U.S.-based video marketing agency seeking a talented full-time remote Video Editor to join our team. We work with a wide range of clients and are looking for someone who can deliver world-class, story-driven video content with consistency, creativity, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form interview footage (45+ minutes) into compelling 2–3 minute narrative videos.
• Craft impactful stories using interviews, b-roll, and supplemental assets.
• Add graphics, titles, transitions, and basic motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Improve audio quality: clean dialogue, balance levels, and integrate music that elevates emotional impact.
• Perform color correction and color grading to ensure professional, polished results.
• Deliver high-quality videos efficiently to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate closely with the team, follow direction, and communicate clearly throughout each project.

Job Requirements (Non-Nanocable)

• Native or fluent English speaker
• 5+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong storytelling ability and narrative editing skills
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Responsive, communicative, with a strong sense of urgency
• Reliable high-speed internet capable of handling 200+GB uploads/downloads
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time contract role)

Preferred Skills

• Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)
• Photoshop / Canva / general graphic design experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
